Something Stu likes to do with the kids over Christmas is make paper chains. He remembers enjoying making them as a child, and so he enjoys the activity now with our two. Last year we had great success with some double sided self-adhesive ones from M&S.

We found that, although she was only 2, the paper chains were big enough not to be too fiddly for Charlotte, and the fact that they grow so quickly meant that she didn't lose interest in a matter of minutes. This year I grabbed a cheap set from
Amazon, which
the elves will deliver a bit nearer to the Big Day. So, for £1.34 the kids get to do something a bit crafty, and the house will start to look a little more festive. Hurrah.
